About Learning Ways

A practical way to learn change.

Learning Ways is the company behind Change Pro. We help managers and organizations, and those who support them, learn to deal more effectively with the relentless pace of change.

What we believe

Knowing and doing are different challenges.

We design learning tools that are realistic, practical and engaging, so that people can rehearse the decisions that matter before they face them for real.

01 /

Make complexity visible

Bring people, priorities and informal organizational dynamics into the learning experience.

02 /

Learn through decisions

Give participants a reason to weigh alternatives and live with the consequences.

03 /

Connect reflection to work

Support a discussion about what translates into everyday practice.

The expertise behind Change Pro

Professor Jean-François Manzoni

Visiting Professor, IESE Business School · Former President of IMD · Content expert of the Change Pro Simulation®

Jean-François Manzoni's research, teaching and consulting focus on leadership, the development of high-performance organizations and corporate governance. At the organizational level, he studies the content of change, the management of the change process and the role of leaders in it.

Change Pro draws on that work: its tactics, its informal networks and the way the organization responds to each decision reflect how change actually unfolds in companies.

Our history

More than twenty years of learning to make change happen.

Change Pro builds on the "Organizational Change Game" developed by Janet Near at Indiana University, and on ideas discussed by Jean-François Manzoni and Albert Angehrn in the Journal of Management Information Systems (1997–98). It adds a richer set of tactics, a deeper use of informal networks and a more realistic model of how an organization responds.
