Who we are

This website is operated by Learning Ways Ltd ("Learning Ways", "we"), the company behind the Change Pro Simulation®. For any question about your personal data, contact us at contact@learningways.com.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the inquiry form or by email: your name, work email, organization, your role as a client, the approximate number of participants, your timing and your message.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information only to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up on it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

Inquiry forms are delivered to us by Formspree, which acts as our processor. The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and our resulting relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@learningways.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

The Change Pro simulation

When you take part in a Change Pro session, your facilitator or organization manages the session. The simulation stores team names, game progress and key learning points so that teams can resume their game and debrief it.
